Deepen self-awareness by waking into mindful awareness

This program is designed to increase self-awareness and inner-peace. Learn techniques to “perfect the pause” and rest in the moment to create stillness and clarity in your mind-body system. Identify and detach from habitual thoughts and beliefs that don’t serve you well.

This series includes audio recordings, journaling and mind-training exercises in conjunction with deep guided ‘sleep-to-awaken’ meditation from the yoga-nidra tradition.
